This product works and dose make it easier to slice spring onions.

It works well slicing green onions into thin strips instead of trying to Julienne by hand for toppings or as a side dish for Korean bbq. I haven’t tried it with other vegetables but it definitely does its’ job for green onions.

It might be silly to buy single use kitchen gadgets but this really saves time and effort and it doesn't take much space. I use it only to slice thin shreds of green onion (lengthwise). It's quicker and relatively safer than using a knife to do it. Soak the onions in ice water after so they curl up and stay fresh. I just wish i could've chosen the color, oh well.

the blades were sharp and cut well, but after around 10 uses, the handle snapped which can be dangerous. probably perfect for home use, would not recommend for restaurant use.

It is a very helpful kitchen tool that serves its purpose well. The price is right, too.

Gigantic time saver

Easily one of my favorite purchases! It's super easy to use and works perfectly. It makes shredding scallions so much easier. Helps me make the perfect Korean scallion salad and garnishes. The blades are quite sharp so do be careful when you use it.

最近リンゴの皮に使っています。皮ごと食べると、皮がごじごじ気になるので、皮むく派でした。皮ごと食べると栄養バランスが良いと盛んに聞くので、皮に縦横切れ目を入れてみると気にならず食べられましたよ。皮をむくのが苦手な人にもおすすめ。軽る～い力でなでるようにすじを入れれば十分なので、刃の行き先に指を置かないように十分気を付けてやってみてください。茄子の皮が気になる人にも同様に有効です。
