First, take 180 ml of filtered water and boil till the temperature is 90℃ - 95℃. Add 1 tsp / 2.5 g tea leaves into the boiling water for 5 mins. The recommended number of steeps is 1 time, and you can have condiments like Lemon, Drink Plain, Sugar, Honey, Milk. You can add milk that holds up the flavor and infuses less astringent, less bitter flavor.

Does it have any liquor or alcohol component?

of-course not, this is regular tea but the quality is much better.
