I year full warranty included with every HealthyLine mat. In case of anything you got a new replacement with free USA shipping.

Why does the remote look different in the product descriptions / demos? Also varies from customer pictures!

We just made new digital upgraded controller by our engineers this year. Video is done early 2020. We only sell product with newest controller now. You can find any instructional video on YouTube and our website for any new mats and controllers
