Great product that has been my go to for a couple years ... great results (energy and stamina). I've also recommended Rock Sap Shilajit to my friends and my 88 year old mother uses it.Only issue is availability -- it tends to go in/out of stock frequently. But, guess 16,000 ft in the Himalayas means the timeframe (e.g. not snowed in) to gather the shilajit is limited as are probably workers these days.

I’m not positive if it is the shilajit, but I think it is. She’s just more well adjusted in a magical way. I put this in my bulletproof coffee. It’s been a couple weeks and I think it’s helping my brain be more super powered! I take this now on top of a lot of other stuff for my pineal gland. I will be ordering more.

It is not worth it. I am really disappointed that it is sold by RockSap. Neither consistency nor similarity with resin! It is a diluted chemical for scamming people! You should never buy unless you want to through your money!!

I have been very thankful for the different types of humic/fulvic acid drops that I have been able to test out. This one is a nice once, with only one frustration..HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a glass bottle with a dropper and rubber bulb.TEXTUREThis stuff is very very thick. It is hard to get it to go up the dropper, and then it is hard to get it into the water to mix it too. I would say it is like thick syrup.HOW TO USEI find that the only way I can take this is to mix it in warm water (almost hot) and then mix it well.TASTEThis tastes very earthy. I don't mind the taste, however.DOES IT HELP?I noticed that I sleep better and have a bit more consistent energy when I take this consistently.THE BOTTOM LINEThis supplement is very thick, can be a bit challenging to mix into water, but after using warm water, I do get energy and sleep better too.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I am happy to have this. Despite the challenge, I will continue to use it. I happen to like the flavor, so it does not bother me. Some might find it a bit like licking a plate of nice rich dirt. Maybe not everyone is part earthworm like I am. HAHA

While I'm sure this has all the good stuff in it that it is supposed to have...I found that I was completely unable to handle the flavor. I couldn't get anything down once this had been added to it.I know that shilajit has a lot of great stuff in it...but I'm clearly just not meant to benefit from it.

Thick and legit, it is 100 undiluted shilajit per my own bottle purchased a month ago.

Though I'm somewhat new to shilajit, I've quickly come to love this stuff. It helps to provide me with missing minerals and other nutrients that help to keep my body healthy. Helps to give me energy without any of the jitters or other ill effects that some other energy providing substances can cause. I can't handle those.Though this is somewhat thinner than some, that's why this is much easier to take. I just take a little bit more to compensate and it all works out fine. It's easy to dispense with the included dropper. It's not that really thick, sticky stuff that is very difficult to handle.I find that this works best in my coffee, only because it actually seems to complement the taste. In fact, I find that it actually enhances the flavor of my coffee. There's that little bit of charred flavor that sometimes works great with certain foods. Works perfect with coffee. I wouldn't use this with water, juice or a lot of other foods because it really needs to pair well with whatever you use this with in order to taste okay. Some might like it by itself and directly under the tongue, but you really need to like that burned food taste to like it that way.At $34. 95 (today's price) for 2 fluid ounces, this is a fairly good price. Like I mentioned, you will need to slightly increase your dosage a tad bit because of it being thinned down, but well worth the extra drops for the ease of use.
