Great alternative to the rentals!
We bought this for my husband who is a C4 incomplete quadriplegic. His hand doctor previously prescribed a rental for him. We were paying $300/month for a machine like this! Then we discovered that you could actually buy one. He has been using this and we can definitely see a difference. The tightness in his fingers isn’t as bad, he has better range after using it and does use it multiple times a day. While watching tv, even taking a nap. It comes with multiple straps to ensure a secure fit, you can turn one or more of the fingers off if wanted. The box charges pretty quickly with a type C charger and is very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Good device
The media could not be loaded. If you have long fingers they may come out, adjust the straps . Directions are easy . The only thing I had to keep the black glove on the charger to make it move. Also I have contacted Amazon to contact the seller for insurance. No response yet .Update stopped working , contacted seller over 10 times with no response. When I purchased the unit I paid over $300. Therefore I am upset that the battery itself stopped charging.

Stopped working after a couple weeks of use.
This would have been a good product if it kept working. I feel we’ve wasted our money. Not sure if it can be fixed. It just won’t power on.

LESS THEN 100 HOURS USE STOPPED WORKING.
Was happy with unit. Today it just stopped running mid cycle. Maybe 100 hours use. For what it cost I would have expected it to last longer. Once properly fitted to hand it worked well.

Product Good For Exercise
Product was purchased to help my husband exercise his left hand after his stroke. It has helped his hand to be a bit more flexible. It states some improvement after 2-3 weeks of using it daily, I take that with a grain of salt, I am sure it depends on how severe a person’s stroke was when it happened. It doesn’t perform miracles but it has its value.
