ObozSypes Low Leather B-Dry Hiking Shoe - Men's

I had the Sypes in the high top and it was my favorite shoe which I wore every day for work, walking, hiking. Got the low tops and like them just as much. Great shoes but everyone likes something different. I try on a lot of shoes and my feet just don’t like them, but these are just right for me. They have held up well under moderate use and they don’t hurt my feet (which many shoes do). They have good traction and they look good too.

The Oboz Sypes Low Leather B-Dry Hiking Shoe has become my favorite daily wear shoe. I prefer hiking shoes over tennis shoes or any other shoe for my everyday wear. For the last several years Oboz have been my favorite brand. I have owned several different Oboz styles and liked all of them, but this particular pair is by far my favorite. I even bought a second pair for when my current pair wears out. If I'm actually doing some heavy duty hiking, I would probably go with a little more heavy duty pair, but these would definitely get the job done and would be perfect for light hiking. I just prefer a little more rugged tread for the real thing. If I had one complaint, it would be that the laces could be a bit more rugged, but they look good and work just fine. If this brand fits your foot, you have to give these a shot. They are the most comfortable pair of hiking shoes I've ever owned and are plenty rugged for my daily walks and work around the yard, while still looking great when I'm out and about.

It's a nice looking comfortable waterproof shoe. One thing I really like it that it's not heavy. I've only got about 20 miles on the shoes but they feel solid with good traction in wet conditions. The only issue I had was shoe width. I ordered a wide but still had to go up 1/2 size.

Apparently, I have very narrow feet. Its hard to find shoes with a narrow toe box. These not only fit me perfectly, they are also very comfortable.

I thought the overall construction of the shoe was nice. It’s attractive and checked the boxes. Except it was way too narrow…and I bought the WIDE! Construction true to size would be my constructive criticism.

Love these shoes! I’ve ordered 5 or 6 pair over 3 years. When you love something you want other family members or friends to have them too. It’s possible I’ve ordered 10 pairs thinking about it now. I know I have 4 just for me. I know I have 1 pair on a closet shelf I haven’t even looked at yet. I don’t have to look I know there well built, comfortable with very little if at all! break in period to form to your feet. Great everyday shoes that will last! I have nothing but good to say about them. No Brainer! Get A Pair If You Can. Great for hiking, work, anything you might be doing outside.

These Oboz Sypes hiking shoes are comfortable and reasonably durable. The B-dry aspect means the shoes are water-resistant but really not meant for lots of standing water. The tops are protective in rough terrain.For this reviewer, multiple pairs have broken in quickly and comfortably. Users may wish to adjust the shoestrings for best fit. Well recommended.

This was my first pair of Oboz shoes. They are made well and use nice thick materials, but something is wrong with the design. Even with the laces securely laced there is too much movement of the foot at the heel area. The shoes are less than a year old and, to be honest, not worn often. The internal heel material is already disintegrating. This is really frustrating for a premium shoe.

2nd pair of OBOZ shoes. Nearly brought theses a few days before at tribble the price. So bargain. Fit wise. OBOZ are in general a tight, if a little snug in the fit. So I decided to go for the wider fit. Good choice. Slightly more room for my higher instep. They look smart and will look good with shorts, chinos or jeans. The contrast in colours suites the shoe. Recommend.
