Best outer layer wool jacket EVER
It ain't cheap, but this is a terrific wool outer layer jacket. Sizes is accurate (XXXL) runs a little narrow or athletic in the cut, so order 1 size up. Warm, but never hot. Handles light rain or soggy fog. I use this for hiking and work use. No issues. Zippers are high quality. My only gripe would be the crumby white logo around the neck line. Great jacket, you will love too..

Fantastic quality - well made
The photos don’t do it justice- it’s thicker than I thought and very well made.

Great quality. Slim fit. A bit itchy.
I love natural fibers over synthetic fibers, and was particularly looking forward to this merino wool zip top to replace my artificial fiber pullovers (polartec, etc).Admittedly there is plenty to love about this. The materials are fantastic. It's stretchy, warm, and breathable, adjusting to your body temperature. I like the thumb sleeves - I've never worn thumb sleeves before, and they do take a bit of adjustment, but they can be rolled up when not in use. There's no doubt this is a high quality, well crafted top, that can be used as an outer jacket or a layer. However, it was advertised as non-itchy fabric, and I didn't find that to be the case. This was surprising to me, as none of my other merino wool clothing items are itchy. It's not too bad, after wearing for a while I don't notice it as much, but worth mentioning. My major complaint is the fit - it's definitely a slim fit, and not very comfortable for my build. I'm a 6 foot tall male, 48 jacket size, and 36 pants, so I ordered the XL. It's very tight on me, like skin tight. I have broad shoulders, broad chest, and a few extra pounds around the middle, and it fits like a skin tight long underwear top.If you look at the models in the photos, he looks like he weighs about 90 pounds, and I suspect that's how these are built. I like things a little loose, I don't like skin tight anything, even for layering, so I'm not even sure the XXL would have given me enough room for comfort. It does stretch out just fine, and I recognize that this is a personal preference, just a fair warning that these are a fairly slim fit. My XL Men's is even a bit tight on my wife, who is 5'7" and a women's medium.

Very good quality
Fit great, kept my husband quite warm in Norway (with a jacket over it). Length and size were just right. Washed twice already inside out, hang dry and no pilling.

I am impressed with the quality.
The Quality is exceptional. The fit is not snug which is absolutely perfect for me.

Mid layer wool.....
This item is as described, it is a mid layer. For the little extra protection from wind, it should have something over it. Very soft and comfortable. I wore this in 28* with a light jacket over it and was warm.

Five Stars
Well made and keeps you warm. I also bought some for my wife. Definitely 5 stars.

In general good, but
Sleeves, not sleeves, but cuffs preferably to make 2" longer, also holes must be bigger, and I think it is too loose. But all in all is good.
