Worts response from Amazon team
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent issue regarding a defective watch. The product is not working, and after raising the concern, the manufacturer has already acknowledged the defect and agreed to a return. However, despite this, the Amazon support team is refusing to process the return, which is unacceptable.

Cockoo is gone
Good clock in keeping time. But the purpose of buying a cockoo clock was to hear the cockoo sound every hour, but it stopped working after about 10 days. Now it cockoos when it likes and not as per the time. Tried adjusting it couple of times without any luck.
