Comfortable & no air leaks in comparison to standard nasal mask
I bought this to replace the standard nasal mask given to me by the hospital as it was leaking air and causing irritation around my nose.So much better & comfortable.

Good quality
Worth a try, but not for me. I prefer the softer cushions.

5 stars for this design, but 0 stars for the one I received as it is defective.
I have used this nasal pillow design mask for around 4 years. I switch between this one and a nasal only mask that covers my nose only. I like this design as it doesn't leave any red marks on the top of the bride of my nose as my nasal mask does. Also, this design directs the CPAP air directly into the nasal airway rather than by pressurized air filing the nasal mask that then enters the nose. The difference is that this nasal pillow design results in less pressure needed while I sleep. I have noticed and noted that this design needs 1 to 2 psi less forced air compared to my nasal mask.I've had 3 of these nasal pillows, and my last one broke at the pillow end that attaches to the frame. That one was not that old, maybe used for about a year. NO big deal, I ordered a new one. PROBLEM. The new one arrived a couple of days ago. I cleaned it. All looked well, but I noticed the blue colored gel looked "bubbly", odd, as the blue was not consistent as the previous ones I have. I went to use it last night, and there was a distinct and LOUD whistling. The whistling was coming from the exhaust slit that is at the front of the pillow. This pillow mask lets out a LOT of air pre its design. The particular one also let out a good bit of air. But, there was something wrong with it as it would whistle, especially on inhale when my Auto CPAP would boost the air pressure. I looked to see if something got in that slit, but no, all clear. It has to be some manufacturer defect such that an edge was not smoothed or not cut correctly, allowing the air to go across it and create the whistling. NO, I can't use it. It's just too freaking loud, with a high pitched whistle. Can't sleep with that going on right under my nose. :)I'm ordering another one as the price is a good discount over how much my regular CPAP equipment seller charges. The cost difference is 50% less on Amazon, and the shipping with Prime is only 1 to 2 days, compared with 6-8 days with free shipping from the other vendor. But, if I get another defective one, I'm going back to my vendor. Having to now pay for 2 of these, that costs as much as the vendor, and the vendor stands behind the quality and will send a new item right away if there is a problem or defect.
