I have tight tense muscles in neck and upper back. The warmth, softness, and weight are just right!!! Quality excellent with “seams” creating pockets to keep the inside beads(?) from shifting out of place. Very glad I bought it!!!

Purchased only five months ago, but this wrap has become an integral part of my days. I sincerely love it. After a long day in front of the computer, or staring down at my phone, I put this on my neck, or head, or eyes. During my cycle, I lay it on my chest or belly or feet and take a nap. Stubbed my toes reallly hard, put it on. It heats up nicely and holds its heat, it’s ridiculously soft, snuggly even, it’s nicely weighted, it really blows away all of the other microwavable heating pads I have ever used or wrapped around my neck. It’s the only one I have had that I will reheat 2 or 3 times to keep it going. It’s extra large size is just necessary to treat a nice big area of the body for warmth, and comfort, and pain relief. It also smells like lavender yes, but it is not overpowering, light enough scent. You know, I don’t have a cat anymore or a dog, and this is really good for people who don’t have a pet to snuggle with when they don’t feel well… You can heat it up and snuggle with it like a warm-bodied pet-substitute! Maybe ideal for elderly, those in hospital, care facility, etc. I’m thinking about getting one for several family members who are suffering with aches and pains and I’d highly recommend it. I thought it was indulgently expensive, but five months in, am really delighted it’s here.

I use this at least weekly for neck and should stiffness/pain. It's perfect for headaches related to neck and shoulder tension. I've even used it on the top and back of my head to help relieve pain from sinus pressure. I love everything about it except for the herbal scent. It smells mostly like chamomile to me, but the scent isn't offensive or super strong. I just prefer to have unscented products. It's definitely not a deal breaker. The stitching seems to be well done and there are no pokey or sharp areas. The minky is very soft. The weight of it is just enough to be very calming. My 5 year old daughter asks for his almost daily - I only warm it for her for about 2 minutes so she doesn't get burned. But she loves it and says it's like a hug. I bought it for myself, but I do find that when she's very upset I allow her to use it and it soothes her almost immediately. The size is perfect for me. I'm petite in stature - 5'1" and narrow shoulders. But it also works well for my 5'10" husband with a medium build and broad shoulders. I have not yet needed to spot clean it.

Love the weighted heat provided by this wrap. 3 minutes in the microwave does it! It is comforting and therapeutic particularly for the dreaded "tech neck". Stare at your phone much? You need this!

This is the best! It was the only one I could find that went up high enough around the neck, over the shoulders, and low enough in the front and back to cover the muscles of the shoulder blades & around the shoulder with also having the horizontal seams to hold the beads in place and not allow them to all sink to the very bottom of the fabric while wearing it. The seams do a great job of holding the beads so that they stay around the neck, on top of the shoulders, and line the back & chest all the way down. It covers a substantial area and holds the heat very well. The material is very soft, plush, and comfortable to wear. You can feel the damp warmth when it comes out of the microwave and it stays warm for a very long time. I love the little velcro tab in the front to hold it together so it doesn't shift or slip when I move around. It really provided great pain relief for me in my neck and shoulder. I was in a lot of discomfort before i started using this and now my neck & shoulder have loosened up dramatically...it feels great and works well! I highly recommend. I researched A LOT of these and this is the only one that had all the features I needed. Beware of the vertically seamed type because all the beads fall to the bottom and your left with no beads around your neck or shoulders, only at the very bottom of the fabric - those are pointless! This is the only smart version!

Prepare to get divorced because you are going to want to marry this thing!! It is seriously amazing. I have had neck and shoulder pain with migraines for YEARS. I have figured out that heat really helps with this issue so I normally use a large bag with rice in it that I heat up. This works decently but I always have to try to adjust it and it always falls off. When I saw this recommended by a girl on instagram I bought it RIGHT AWAY because it looked like it would change my life. And this thing is GREAT. When I opened it I was impressed that it was in a box to keep it safe. It feels very soft and plush. It fits so well around my neck. I heat it up for 2 minutes in my microwave and it is PERFECT. It stays on my neck so much better than the bag of rice did. I could honestly do without the smell, it is not my favorite but the rest of this is great. Smells very lemony and herbal kind of like weeds. But the quality is great, idea is amazing and I think this will last a long time. Any review giving this less than 3 stars is crazy.That said these are the ways this could get even better:1. Make it so we can customize the scent. I would choose something like vanilla or lavender. Mine smells like lemon tea and weeds which I don't love.2. Make a microwave safe closure on it around the neck area.3. Add slightly more filling.

This item is quite weighy, but very comfortable and relaxing. Certainly helps to relieve stress and pain in neck and shoulders.

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and am pretty happy with my choice! The fabric is soft and it has a good weight to it. The heating instructions are pretty specific compared to other microwave packs I’ve owned (1m30s intervals only), and I find it doesn’t get as hot as we personally would like sometimes in the 4 minutes ‘max’ heating time recommended (but that could well be bc of our microwave). The seams down the back are a great addition to ensure the heated bits inside stay evenly distributed rather than falling to the bottom - I just wish these seams were also on the collar as it doesn’t really stand up by itself.TLDR: it’s a good heat pack and I would likely buy from this brand again in the future!
