This works and my dog doesn't object to it being on her food
I have a white mini goldendoodle. She gets the brown tear stains. I started using Angel Eyes more than a year ago; once a day, sprinkled on her food. She doesn't seems to notice at all that it is on her food--maybe it enhances flavor, I'm really not sure. All I can say is that it works! Within a few weeks of starting it, her brown stains did not reappear. When I moved to a foreign country 7 weeks ago, I did not bring the Angel Eyes with me. I could not get it here, so I had to add it to a big Amazon order. Her brown stains reappeared after about 3 weeks without the Angel Eyes. The first bottle I got (that I put in storage back home) isn't even empty after one year! Granted, after her brown stains disappeared, I did not give it daily--I went to a couple times a week.I don't know if this works for every dog, but it works for mine!

There is a difference in the NATURAL results!
I did not realize that there was an Angel Eyes "Natural" product for those who do not want to use a product with an antibiotic in it. Well, in my opinion this works like all the other products on the market that claim it will get rid of the red stains....it doesn't! So even though I saved some money because this is cheaper, I wasted the price of it because it doesn't work. I called the company and they said this one will work it will just take longer to get rid of the problem. Well 6 weeks later and I still have not seen results. The original Angel Eyes product, which is what I have always purchased before, starts working within the first week and by 3 weeks my dogs eye stains are GONE!! If you really want a product that works amazingly, buy the original and NOT the Natural! I feel that it is a little misleading that the difference between the two products is not more clearly defined. I guess I just didn't notice the large "Natural" word on the label!! My bad!

As white as an angel
My adorable pooch is a cream-colored Havanese. When we first adopted her, the tear stains (sticky, rust-colored markings along the sides of the nose and all the way down to the mouth) were very noticeable and even disgusting. The stains appeared to be sticky and would not fade even slightly with warm water, a washcloth, and soap. Our dog even seemed annoyed by her tear stains as she would rub at the tear-stained areas on her face. A visit to the vet led to the recommendation of this product. Our vet explained that Angel Eyes is a gentle antibiotic (that is what I understood, anyway) and was very effective and safe on the smallest of dogs. Many of my friends had used Angel Eyes on their white-haired dogs and were satisfied by the results. I decided to give this a go even though it is not made with natural ingredients. It took about six weeks to see a dramatic difference but our dog looks much cuter now. The tear stains eventually grew out with pure white (!) fur growing underneath. OurHavanese now looks like the doggy on the bottle. I even believe that she feels better, as seen in how she does not rub her face often anymore.Since our Havanese is a picky eater, we had to coax her to willingly eat it. She loves it now and expects her Angel Eyes around lunchtime! To feed this to her, we mix it with cottage cheese on a plate and she gobbles right up.The reason why I gave this product four stars out of five is because there is no way to stop this "treatment' since it's been started. The thing is, many have said that once they took their dog off of Angel Eyes, the tear stains returned. We have not tried this yet as we really do not want the stains to return, and I am quite upset to go through the hassle of feeding Angel Eyes in cottage cheese every single day of my dog's life. However, I love this product, and I bet my dog does too, and would highly recommend it to any dog owner that wants to get rid of the icky rust stains on their pooch.

Don't waste your money
I had no idea I was ordering something different that the original Angels' Eyes when I ordered this. When I opened it I immediatly noticed the difference in color and I emailed the manufacturer - concerned I purchased a bogus product. They never even took the time to respond. It was after doing some research that I discovered there are two product lines by Angels' Eyes. The original with Tylosin and the "natural" one without. The "natural" product DOES NOT WORK. Don't waste your money.Due to the fact that the original product worked for my dog - I purchased another bottle - reluctantly. Considering the manufacturer didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my email tells me they really don't care about their customer base. Once my dog is off the show circuit, I will stop using this product and I hope I've invested my last dollars with Angels' Eyes. I will be switching to a competitor's product with my next puppy show hopeful if staining is an issue.

Our 3 year old pit has one eye that has chronic tear stains. Nothing work like this does. First photo is without, the second photo is after about 3 weeks of use. Huge difference!!
