Not Ms. Force's best work!
It's a good story but the main character supermodel is indecisive with little explanation from the author. The extra romance between two secondary characters was a better story. The use of "Triana" as a name for Liana was annoying. Was this a copy of the trend of the way a celebrity couple's names are combined by the trash press? If so, it wasn't handled properly as the name Triana was used in place of the one character's name instead of both characters (Travis and Liana)Ms. Force, being a best selling author, should know that "lightening" is not the electrical discharge during a storm. Lightning is! We could count that as a typo except it was used four times in just a few paragraphs. If she didn't know, then her editors should!

Great writer
The story of Liana and Travis held my interest and attention as opposed to some reviews I had read. I found them entertaining and ready for whatever was thrown at them. Loved the Golden Lab Dash who plays a sweet part in the story. It has a mystery and a side story of Peter and Jessie that added to my enjoyment of this novel. What is one man’s meat etc certainly applies in this case. I highly recommend this delightful tale with 5 Stars.

Romance at North Point
Liana is an overworked model who comes home for a 2week vacation and her cousins wedding. Travis is a self-made millionaire whose resort is hosting the cousins wedding. Liana’s cousin suggests that she have an affair or at least sweaty sex with Travis but Liana doesn’t know the first thing about how to have an affair and forgets to guard her heart. During this time, Liana and Travis decide to help Jessica Stone, a young model who is being stalked, hide out at his resort. This leads to a budding romance between Jessica and Travis’ head of security, Beck. While I like both couples, Jessica and Beck are over shadowed by Liana and Travis and I️ feel both deserve equal attention and potentially their own books. Had Marie thought of this, it could have been the start of the North Point Series.

some plot points unexplained
The story is actually interesting. H is completely likable. But h is annoying only because author failed to explain her POV as to her reasons and motivations. The author mixes in a subplot of side characters' romance. That was actually more interesting and fleshed out. But it almost feels like author included it to add more pages to the story. Then after such an extended story line, the ending feels rushed. As if the author ran out of fuel.Could have been better since the characters mostly actually act as adults. Except for plot points which were unnecessarily extended (like they didn't want to reveal their feelings). If you have to pay for this book, don't bother. But since it's free, it's a couple of hours of suspended disbelief.

Superficial Fluff
I have read a number of books by Marie Force and liked them very much so I find it incredible that she wrote such a juvenile piece of fluff. What was she thinking?People were all unbelievably attractive - supermodels, wealthy hotel owners and former FBI agents. And they all fall in love after 2 days of knowing each other - "This is what it feels like to find the missing piece and to realize you'll never be the same-that you'll never be whole again without her." After 2 days? Give me a break. Then there's the 28 year old virgin, sexually abused but more than willing to "pleasure" someone she's just met.Travis thinking about Liana - "She's gotten him tea. If that wasn't love than maybe he didn't know love." Really? If you like predictable books about neanderthal men with supermodels, this one's for you. Personally, I'm not sure I'll ever read another book by Marie Force.

Good read
I enjoy reading books by Marie Force and this book was a pleasure as always. The only thing I had problems believing was after Travis basically threw Liana out and broke her heart, she immediately forgives him when he follows her to Spain to get her back. There were no hurt feelings from Liana. That's just not realistic.

I don’t know
Not the quality of character depth as the Gansett books. It almost seems like a ‘first’ book rather than from a well seasoned writer. Casual reference to bad characters with no depth. The emotions are dramatic but as the same time shallow. These grown men have the patience and personality development of teenagers. Sorry, as much as I love this author, this book is a dud.

GREAT ROMANTIC READ
Love story line and the chemistry between Travis and Liana. I love that they were both a beautiful woman/super model and a handsome rich, intelligent man. They were both strong and yet weak for one another. The were both career driven, yet for one another their love trumped it all.I also like the interaction of Beck and Jessie, best friends of the Travis and Liana. I thought they brought an additional wonderful element to this story. The author created a main plot and sub plot that interacted well with this story. I loved that she gave you happy and satisfying endings for both the stories.I would recommend and encourage you read this wonderful story. I hope this author writes many more tales of deep abiding love and romance. Because, this on is a winner.

Totally predictable
I don't know how this book ended up on my Kindle but I started it and hoped that the story would improve - it didn't. It is a shallow, plotless tale of characterless people who are all very beautiful, very rich and very little else. It's obvious from the beginning what is going to happen at the end and of course they all live happily ever after.

Utterly fabulous
This is another Marie Force book that I can honestly say I utterly loved. She has given us a wonderful story encompassing romance, some suspense and steamy content, with characters to love, a descriptively beautiful setting, a storyline that swallows you up and leaves you with a huge smile on your face when you tap that final page.Liana McDermott, a famous supermodel, has returned home for her cousins wedding. If you are expecting the stereotypical model-type, you'll not find it here as she is the sweetest, kindest, most unaffected woman you could meet. She has insecurities, but natural ones based on her career and the fact that she is hounded by the paparazzi. Dressed in her vile Maid of Honour dress, she meets the wedding venue's owner, Travis North, a non-local, who is determined to make his country club a success despite increasing vandalism and sabotage. There is absolutely nothing not to love about the man; he's sexy, protective, kind and he has flaws; he's not perfect and for me that is precisely why he was perfect. After sharing a dance and him not running a mile because of her hideous attire, they embark on a two week no-strings fling. Easier said than done....Their journey stirred every emotion going. With lovely heartwarming moments combined with those that pull on the heartstrings, I laughed, I swooned, I welled up, I got frustrated but more than anything I was willing them to make their relationship work. The unexpected treat for me was that we were treated to a love story within a love story with Travis' best friend and head of security Peter Beck and Jessie, an acquaintance of Liana, also a supermodel, who is being stalked and needs a hideout. They were another loveable couple and their story brought an additional element of suspense and some action.Would I recommend? YES, without hesitation. It was a wonderful read and is a book I'll certainly read again.

Not a very "real" story, but a good read
The basis for this book is a bit far fetched - 2 lingerie models both falling in love within a minute of meeting Travis and Beck - yeah right lol! But it didn't make it any less enjoyable, just a bit far fetched! There was a lot of bedroom action, so if that's not your scene then don't download, I think the author probably spent more time writing about those scenes than getting down to the nitty gritty in the actual story, I think she could have made more of the whole stalker story and about the vandal, but they were almost a side story to the bedroom time! So while the story was good, it could have been better. It SHOULD have been a page turner - a hot model being stalked and going into hiding, then luring the stalker to try to trap him should have been exciting, not just a couple of pages in the book!!

Loose, weak story plus fantasy relationship - not worth reading.
I am being generous with two stars, for me at least. There is a very loose story but the book became more and more tedious till I gave up at around 30%. It was free so the only loss was my time in reading it. Maybe this book has a market somewhere but the fantasy, idealistic romance - beautiful model, handsome, rich man with lots of boring sex is not my type of book at all. The endearments used irritated me too - they seemed antiquated and false. I can't believe I read so much of the book hoping a real story would emerge and I guess I continued, too, because I could count on one hand the amount of times I have given up reading a book. It was a relief to put this one aside.

The Usual boy meets girl (loaded and gorgeous)
I don't usually leave reviews, I read far too many books to remember what they were about and by the time I get asked for a review I haven't got a clue what story line the book followed. This one however, even though it followed all the usual paths of he meets she, was a real laugh out loud and cheer for the main 'chap ' character. He was a laugh a minute and well deserved everything he got, including the girl. Her cousin was also a very likeable character and so forward you had to wonder how she ended up marrying a nerd. Read the book - on a beach - a long train journey or on a plane, it's funny.
