My Grandson Loves it
It’s face is a little wonky to me, lol. My Grandson has a favorite song about a “wonky donkey,” which he loves. When I pulled this out of the box that song was my first thought, lol. We can handle that wonky face, because my grandson loves it :D My 4 year old Grandson was exited about it and he likes it a lot. He doesn’t want anyone to call it a wonky donkey. He says, “It’s a good horsey! It’s pretty!” He likes the button on its ear, because it continues to make gallop sounds and occasionally neighing until you press the button again or so it seems. He presses the button quite frequently. The body appears well built. I was concerned about stability, but with the grandson’s body weight on it the stuffing compresses and it stays upright when he climbs on. He’s 4 and a half, average height and weight. He can climb onto it easily and there’s some room between his feet and the floor. He likes to show how strong he is by carrying it around from place to place. If you’re not inclined to pay a high price for a taller horse and you don’t mind a wonky face around, then it’s definitely worth it and I’d recommend it. If you want to please a toddler with a “horsey,” then this little horse will do that. It actually might be better for them to receive and love a “wonky” faced horsey, because maybe they could keep that ability to love that which is imperfect. My Grandson is definitely not as critical as adults about such things. I have to say I eyed it much more critically than he did. I’m glad I didn’t talk about it to him, but just let him (by his words and actions) show me how he viewed the gift. I almost sent it back without him seeing it, so I’m glad I just let him do him and see how it went. The horse appears well built, has a face that’s a little wonky, and offers a toddler a means to keep the imagination alive. I’m happy with it because he is and also the price vs build seems good. We just gave it to him today, so time will tell.

Was as advertised
Only had one sound that was just galloping and neighing. Feel like for the price it could have came with some plastics food and brush or something but also knew that it wasn’t supposed to but just stating my opinion. It is pretty seems to be pretty sturdy. My daughter and son sit in it together and together they weigh around 100 lbs. he just turned two and has to have a little help getting on but he won’t for long. Overall was what I paid for and was as advertised
