Talking Scales - Big Numbers and Clear Loud Voice Announcement of Weight (Black)

Loud enough for me to hear without my hearing aids. It has been consistent and even if it turns out it is not precisely in sinc with my GP's scale it won't matter as tracking where I a consistently is what is important to me.

I am visually impaired due to glaucoma and almost can't read it but I LOVE the voice readout I am a small person but wish I had ordered the wider one. It is a little narrower than any scales I have had i the past. How to change it from kg to lb was not in the instructions so had to contact the company to find out how. They say they are going to star including it on their instruction sheet. overall I need it and love it.

Because of a recent medical diagnoses, I need to take and record my vitals three times a day. I have a very nice bathroom scale but my eyesight has degraded because of the problem and I can’t read it anymore. Solution: a talking scale!! I compared several on Amazon and based on utility/cost and not really knowing squat, I bought this one. I’m very glad I did because the voice is easy to understand, it takes readings quickly, and powers off about 15 seconds after you step off. I wasn’t really concerned with absolute accuracy but just that it would show a reasonable increase (good) or decrease (bad) trend. Just fooling around, I measured a few gallons of water which weighs 8.34 lb/gal and the scale measured about dead on. Not to bad! If this model had Bluetooth I could automagically send the data to my tracking spreadsheet and the world would be whole.

Delighted with this talking scale. Voice is loud enough and clear, plain American sounding male voice. Very nice looking. I place mine under the mirrored dresser on a thin plastic place mat so it's easy to slide in and out as needed. The thin plastic mat won't interfere with the scale's accuracy. This is especially good for me as my eyesight is such that I was no longer able to read my 40 year old spring scale, which was still quite accurate. It also makes it very easy for me to keep track of my elderly kitty's weight. I just hold her, weigh, put her down and weigh again. Extremely happy with scale's performance. I was a bit put off when I first received as it looked like it had been a return. The inner styrofoam packing was broken and the box looked as though it had been opened. Fortunately, there were no issues!

My mom can't see the voice talks loud and speaks plainly. Numbers are clear for me to see.

Scale sound is clear and numbers are large. The button to change from kg to lb broke already as it is extremely thin plastic. It says it is powering down but doesn't for sometime so I feel I might go through batteries rather quickly. For the price, it works

Thought this was a larger sized scale. It was very easy to set up and the voice is loud enough for everyone in the household to hear. Like that the weight is also illuminated and easy to see.

The item works well the voice is clear and loud the only disadvantage or issue I guess with this item is the platform to stand on is a bit small it could be a bit broader but other than that it's a great product

This scale is amazing. My mom who is visually impaired will not be able to make out the numbers, but she doesn’t have to because it will talk to her by saying her weight. I love it and so will she.
