Q: Does it fit 110mm wheels?

This scooter only fits up to 110s, 120s are not compatible with the legion fork 100s can be added or lower but a ethic scooter do not deserve to have that 100s or lower.

Q: what size bars are they

They are aluminum bars so normally they would be overszed on the outside and standerd on the inside increaseing the stretch of the bars since they are aluminum.

Q: my son is just under 5 feet tall is this a good size for him ?

No. I’m 6ft and the handle bars are fine for me, but if your under five feet I think it’s to big unless he’s still growing
