I've been looking to buy this for a while now but was not prepared to pay over £300 for a toothbrush so was really pleased to see the price come down significantly.The brush is very neat, many different functions and essentially does the job for what you expect from an electric toothbrush. I've had this for a few weeks and I've noticed a few things. The timer has stopped working a few times and other times it works fine. Right now it's working but two days it stopped working. The battery life is very poor. I'm having to charge the toothbrush once or twice a week. The charge goes really quickly. Something to improve on I think. But the app is neat and it reassures me alongside the AI that I'm brushing my teeth well and covering all sides of my mouth.

I've been a devout Sonicare user for many, many years. In the beginning I was pretty content from using a manual toothbrush. I noticed over time that the clean wasn't the best and I would need a few passes before I was confident that as much as could be removed, was removed. There was always a weird smell, taste that the region where my molars are would produce. It was a constant reminder that I didn't get the full clean I was expecting. The toothbrush finally gavn me so I decided to try it after switching my son to this model. WOW!! I cannot believe how different the clean is. My mouth has never felt this fresh before. The clean feel on the teeth is much more noticeable and I seldom have that odd smell/taste from my molars. Lots of options and things you can change/track via the app. The black body really stands out, it performs better than I expected, and the charge lasts a long time! While it is noisier than the Sonicare, the clean you get makes it worth it. Admittedly, I don't need all of the functions and most of them are seldom used, but for the prices it isn't bad. The reason I'm only giving it four stars is because at this price and position in the lineup, it should ABSOLUTELY have a charging travel case. My Sonicare did and I miss that feature. I don't agree that you should have to buy the newest and most expensive body to have that.

Works well good product recommend

I have had this toothbrush for 2.5 years and it has finally given. We've had a lovely time together. It brushes well, but in my opinion after using a basic £30 Oral-B toothbrush, I only use the basic brush feature which really is all you need. Bluetooth, polishing, whitening modes are just a gimmick to charge you more money. I paid £100 for this back in 2021. £30 is all you need to spend.

Good product that worked very well with good battery life and features, especially for someone on the move a lot. Unhappy that it managed to break just outside of warranty and customer service is unhelpful
