Aw - snap. This stuff is awesome-o. It smells like a raspberry plant but not strong like essential oils, rather faint. It's dark in color. It absorbs immediately into my skin. I doubt its value as an spf. I got sssooooo many freckles today :-( Not Good. But know this & use it as a skin moisturizer only (I'll experiment with carrot oil for spf next - and yes of course along with actual mineral sunscreen but I love the oil booster). I had thyroid surgery 4 months ago & doc said to use E oil. This has natural E oil. It's SO MUCH better than those oils advertised as E oil, even the highest quality plant based rather than chemical based Es. Here's how I know. And why I'm rating this 5 stars. I do yoga a lot. #everydamnday. I teach it even. Going back into Camel hurts my poor neck scar so much, pulling & dry & taut. Bothers my practice, bothers me emotionally. Since using this oil a few times a day, my skin & neck scar are soft & malleable. Dipping back into camel feels like I'm back :-D I rub it into the healing scar & it feels amazing. I have a fragrance allergy that spans essential oils designed for fragrance purposes (damn that), but I use this no problem. No problem at all. I've had this for a week & already I am getting low. It is wonderful & healing.

I'm a red head and burn easily, and I also have sensitive skin that reacts to everything. I use this as a sun block for my face, and it does a great job while also making my skin soft and moisturized without making me break out or get super itchy.

This is the Goat mixed with my other oil I was smelling fruity all day and most of the evening. Was not oily and I was feeling so soft it worked well with my skin and it was not greasy

This is the BEST oil I have ever put on my face it makes my skin feel so nice & it has a sheer glow that is awesome I will buy more of this that's for sure. LOVE this Raspberry oil, although I thought it was going to have a little bit of a berry smell, it does not it has no smell really, but works beautifully

This product is 100% the best oil to get for Sun Protection. When it comes to using it for the smell, there are others to get. I thought it would smell like raspberries, and it, by far, is not close to that. It is almost an earthy smell. This does excellent at moisturizing the skin as well as providing sun protection. I utilize it in my DIY lip balm.

Amazing oil! Botanical Beauty Organic Red Raspberry Oil is one of the better brands that I've tried, no more paraben creams and balms for me!!! Now I use only organic red raspberry oil. Very hydrating natural oil without any scent, very light texture and absorbs quickly. I really like the fact that it is a multi-use oil, it can be used not only for face but for the body, hair, and cuticles too. For example, I apply this oil in a mix with Botanical Beauty Pumpkin seed oil and Botanical Beauty Organic Apricot Kernrl oil to the entire body after a shower, I also use it for my lips, and under the eyes for the night time - not a single wrinkle in the morning (wow!). Organic red raspberry oil is very beneficial, it keeps my skin moisturized and soft after applications for a long time. I love it! Botanical Beauty oils are great!

Great consistency and the smell is very pleasant. I use it as my natural SPF and also for moisture retention for my face, neck and shoulders. I believe it is also helping with dark spots on my forehead and cheeks. Great stuff. I will order again.

I purchased this to make my own chemical free sunscreen, red raspberry has a natural SPF of 28-50 making it a must have for sun protection. I chose this from Botanical Beauty because it's 100% pure and organic, hence wanting to make a chemical free concoction for my skin (aka the largest organ of the body). I also like using this on my face as a moisturizer that doesn't leave that greasy feel. The "scent" is pretty much non existent, but if I had to describe it I would say if you've ever made a green juice smoothie before, it's a very mild version of what they smell like. The bottle may seem small, but I've used this a lot and still have about half of it left so I'm thinking this will last me until this fall or winter. Either way, I will definitely be buying this again when I eventually run out.
