how do you collapse this? i can't get it folded.

I tried following both videos & either I'm too dumb or too weak to do it. I get close, but it creaks and I feel like I'm gonna break it... I did discover that if you flatten it & fold it hamburger style it fits in the drawstring bag it came with though, so that's how I'm going to store it I guess.

How do you get it to stand up straight? Seems wobbly and unstable.

Hello, Thank you for your question. Once you put the bottom panels inside the zippered pocket the Carrier will stiffen up. The wire frame is designed to be stiff and keep the the carrier upright.
