Does this item run small? Should i buy a size up?

It runs very very small... The material is not of good quality... This item is a complete rip off as far as I'm concerned.... So disappointed.... Amazon is definitely not the place to buy clothes or at least not many in my experience.... I have been totally disappointed on to many occasions with my Amazon purchases and now I have little to no confidence in them supplying quality items whatsoever.... If you're looking for quality, this item isn't it....
