Good quality.
The tire had something moving inside, making noise, but I unscrewed the valve and got it all out. It was some kind of light powder, probably from manufacturing.Other than that the tube is solid, still going strong.

This tube seemed OK when it arrived, but after installing it and filling with air, it would not hold the air. Had to return it.
