It taste really well. Using it for my 25km run and did not face any GI issue. Will consider to try this and Spring Energy for this year end marathon.

Finally Found the Perfect Energy Gel!
I’m extremely picky when it comes to energy gels, and honestly, this product completely exceeded my expectations. The Huma Plus Chia Energy Gels have a much better texture than most gels I’ve tried—smooth, easy to swallow, and not overly thick or sticky. The flavors are delicious and don’t have that artificial aftertaste that many energy products have.I mainly use them for running, and they provide a steady boost of energy without upsetting my stomach. I also noticed that I didn’t experience the usual energy crash afterward. The variety pack is perfect because I got to try different flavors and found several favorites. If you’re someone who is very selective about what you put in your body during workouts, I highly recommend giving these a try. I’ll definitely be ordering them again!

Highly recommend (from a 3x marathoner & someone with a Masters in exercise science)
As a 3x marathoner who is currently training for a 50 mile ultra, Huma brand gels are my favorite hands down. I order the variety packs so I have a mix of caffeinated and non-caffeinated, as well as gels that include additional electrolytes which come in handy because I live in a humid climate where I sweat a lot during training, even in the cooler months. There isn’t a flavor I don’t like, and I find the consistency easy to get down. The packages are easy to open while running, and Huma gels have never bothered my gut or made me feel nauseous like other brands have. As someone with a Masters degree in Exercise Science, I’m strict about my training and fueling, and I can proudly say I’ve never hit a wall due to insufficient fueling during a long run or race, and Huma is hands down my gel of choice to fuel my runs.

10/10 would recommend
I used to used GU’s in high school for cross country meets and had gone back to them when I started running longer distances after graduation. I’ve been training for the 50K distance for the past year and started experimenting with nutrition. I tried skratch chews, honey stinger waffles, honey stinger chews, health warrior chia bars, bolt chews, the list goes on. Some were okay, but I still found it hard to stomach any of those options after 15 miles. I ordered the variety plus pack of hüma gels to try them out and I LOVED them. GU gels had been great because they had good flavor and gave me energy without having to chew solid food. However, I always felt like I was choking it down because it was similar to the consistency of peanut butter - it would make my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth, it coated the inside of my mouth (nasty feeling), and I always had to follow it with a lot of water to feel like I could breathe again without my tongue sticking to the roof of my mouth. The Hüma gels are not like that at all. They have a great texture (as others have said, similar to applesauce) and are easy to eat while running! I’m pretty picky about flavors (I don’t like banana, mango, blueberry, etc.), but I actually liked all of the flavors and there were flavors like banana, mango, and blueberry. I was really surprised that I liked all of them, but it was a pleasant surprise. They aren’t too sweet so they don’t upset my stomach like some of the other nutrition options I listed. They’re easy to carry, easy to eat, and provide a good energy boost. I’m about to order my third variety pack and I’ll definitely stick with these gels.
