I love and adore this robe! It’s heavy weight and it comes down to my ankles. It has two ample patch pockets so I can carry my cell phone and tissues with no problem! It has a fairly deep hood, so when you wash your hair and wrap it in a towel, you can put the hood over it so you don’t get a chill. Or you could just put it up on its own not to get a chill down your neck absolutely perfect! I put it on after I’ve tried off some bathing, and I get no chill at all! I purchased this in an extra small, and I’m glad I did. It fits me perfectly! The color purple is a lovely, deep, true shade of purple. It’s a well saturated color. I haven’t washed it yet, so I cannot speak on that. I am truly pleased with the quality and construction of this robe.

This robe is wonderful and plush, but the only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because of the material. It reminds me of the material of microfiber towels and I was hoping it would have been more like the material you find on those soft luxurious throw blankets. That being said it’s still a really nice robe and it helps keep you warm and toasty. I love the hood, and the length too. I am 5’7’’ and 155lbs and I got the large and it fits just right. It falls to my mid calf, I really like how long it is. I haven’t washed it yet so no word on that aspect. All in all it’s a great robe perfect for cold winter months!

Warm, fuzzy and sometimes I think I have found paradise. Then I return to reality and get dressed for the day. Robe waits for me on the back of the door until tomorrow.

Warm and real soft

The wife loves it. Very warm and fluffy. Fits well. Haven't washed the robe yet so don't know how it will feel after its been washed several times but so far happy with the robe. Its quite long so that helps keep you warm too. The sleeves are turned up and the wife doesn't necessarily like that. I think she prefers the sleeves to be a little longer but that's just a personal thing (nothing wrong with the robe itself).

Poor quality

I looked at everything else and nothing was going to hit my ankles once tied at the waist, so I ordered the 1X-2X even though I am just 5'4" and 130ish lbs. I hoped I didn't make a mistake, but when I got this housecoat/robe and put it on? Perfection! It comes down exactly to the top of my slippers/bottom of my anklebone!!! This robe wraps completely around me to keep my legs totally covered in this drafty, old house when I'm sitting, standing, lying down watching tv... everything! Washes like a rag and comes out of the dryer fluffy and wonderfully soft. (I'm careful not to dry it too long on high tho'... just in case. It IS synthetic, after all, and I've had other fleecy garments literally melt and get hard and scratchy with too much heat.) Big pockets keep my cellphone lying lengthwise and secure, and the sash is long enough to tie nicely, and not so long it's annoying. I give the sleeve cuffs one large roll, and it is the coziest, best robe for winters in my old house that I've EVER had. I'm delighted with it. Have not been cold one single moment since I got it. I ordered a colour not offered anymore--which I'm not crazy about, actually. (Blue and gray-white mix that resembles towelling, but not so attractive.) Next time I need a houserobe, I'll definitely order another one of these. And I'll replicate the exact same size too... just in a different colour next time!
