No, they make you pay for shipping. The pants weren’t even close to the size I thought they would be. Waste of money.

They are slick like nylon. You should also be aware that the waist size runs real tight. I ordered an XL should have ordered a 3XL. The inseam of the leg is real long; would be okay for a long legged person. My inseam is an average 31", these were like 35".

Q: So, are the men’s or women’s? Are they athletic pants, or shoes? Reviews are a little confusing.

They are men's (though women wear them as well). They are wind-breaker type material. A word on sizing. My husband is a 30 inch waist and we purchased the medium. He says they are a little tight in the waist. The length would be a 32. We will purchase the large next time for a looser fit in the waist.
