Nice feel and lathers well

There is an awful lot I like about this product.It is cruelty-free and sourced from natural products. It comes in a pump dispenser which makes it so much easier to use than trying to fight the lid open on a shampoo bottle and squeeze the contents out.Most importantly, it really does leave my dry hair looking and feeling much nicer than it has been so it seems to live up to its claims on that front. That said, I truly can't speak to the anti-greying and anti-hair-loss claims, but if you have dry and slightly frizzy hair it seems to do wonders.For me, the only drawback was the smell. I love coconut. I use a coconut conditioner on my hair and a coconut hair oil after washing as well. But the coconut scent of this shampoo has a very unpleasant undertone to it that made me think of an almost mouldy smell. I would not be happy to use it and not follow it up with other better smelling products myself. That said, perfume is very subjective and other people might not find it as I do so I can't bring myself to deduct more than half a star for that.A very nice shampoo, but at the price asked also a very expensive one. Whether it is worth it or not is going to be a very personal thing. However, because of the dispenser pump, I would expect a lot less wastage than other shampoos and I think if you have dry hair you will appreciate the difference it makes.

The pump on my bottle would not work so I needed to tip the shampoo out, I didn't realise how runny it would be so wasted a fair bit at first. I needed to use more than I would normally as its very runny compared to even my cheap supermarket shampoo. Quite disappointed in the quality of the delivery and the product too. I found my hair felt more dry than usual and I needed to use extra serum once my hair had dried.I'm not happy to recommend.

I was so looking forward to using it - the description sounded perfect, being sulphate and paraben-free; organic, with biotin, aloe vera etc... I really needed it to do as it claimed and "enhance the appearance of frizzy, split-ended, dull, dry and lacklustre hair... and provide elasticity to the hair." My hair is crying out for that! But unfortunately when the bottle arrived, it turns out it includes two ingredients that I am significantly allergic to (Methylchloroisothizolinone and Methylisothizolinone). These are ingredients which are fine for most people and found in a lot of shampoos and even more in conditioners, but it was very disappointing to find them here after I had such high hopes of the shampoo!It would be great if you could put the full ingredients in the product description? Currently they're not, but I've attached a photo of the ingredients on the bottle in case it helps anyone.On the plus side, for anyone not allergic this seems like a wonderful shampoo. My friend is loving it. The scent is lovely - light coconut. The bottle is nice and the pump works great. It arrived with the label a bit scuffed around the edges (see my photos) but that's not a problem unless giving it as a gift.I don't know if it lives up to all its claims, but I like what it's about, and at the current price of £14.90 for 50mml this is a shampoo I'd definitely be using if I could.

I am really impressed with this shampoo, I have very fine hair and have become concerned with the amount of parabens and sulphates that are in many shampoos and the damage that they can cause hair. This shampoo has no harmful additives and is a real joy to use.The bottle has a pump dispenser (so much easier than squeezing a tube or using a bottle with no dispenser). The description of the shampoo on the bottle mentions that it contain Aloe Vera that will soothe the hair and assist with detangling, consequently I decided to try it without using a conditioner. The result was very soft hair that was easy to comb through and felt lovely and light. I am not suggesting that you ditch the conditioner completely but using this shampoo I would not need to apply conditioner for every wash. (By the way Organic and Botanic also sell a conditioner in this range).For a 500 ml bottle at a price of £14.90 this is an exceptional buy for an excellent product and is definitely recommended especially for fine hair.

It's kind of drying to the hair doesn't help much with frizz either if used alone but combined with a decent conditioner it came out much much better, I have my hair chemically straightened every so often and this product would be very good as it doesn't have certain things like sulphate or paraben which can wash out chemicals from hair faster.The packaging was poor though some product spilt when I first opened it, another negative thing about it is you don't get a lot for the price, it should of been 1 litre. I still prefer my label mens shampoo that is designed for treated hair its better priced as well.I still have hair that breaks off, so this shampoo isn't a miracle worker.Product is just okay for me.

Organic & Botanic Biotin Shampoo 500mlThis arrived packaged along with other products in one box, but as soon as I opened the box I just knew it had leaked, I could smell coconut, it had leaked on to the other products in the box and there was only half the bottle left..... So I had to try salvage what I could and wipe the other things down..... The smell is nice, love coconut!Anyway I've used this twice now, I usually have to use a anti dandruff shampoo as I get an itchy scalp but this suits me as no itchy scalp!This is easy to use.It left my hair feeling soft and smooth..... Just what I need as I'm no spring chicken anymore!I can reccomend, a little on the expensive side tho so I don't think I would buy again.
