Does panasonic have something for 24/7 operation to vent a closet? Like a trickle exhaust kind of thing, 10cfm is prob all I need.

I have not seen a fan that has an automatic on and off but they do sell a programmable switch that is micro that you can program to turn on as many times as you want as long as you want and run whenever you want and the most of the Panasonic fans have a CFM adjustment where you can turn them down to 30 or 40 CFM to 75 to 150

Does this model would fit in a fv 11vq3 can??

Not sure. Opening in ceiling is cut to 10 7/8 X 10 7/8". Fan was bigger than my old Nutone and also taller. Installer had to move it over to avoid electrical wires which were above the old fan. It does work really well.
