Basically a USB OTG Y adapter but with more functions.
I bought this to use with my Asus Zenpad 3S 10. This thing works very well but it is basically a USB OTG Y adapter. The USB ports do not get power from your tablet but from the Charger. If you need to use this and you're not around a power source, this will not work. I'm guessing it's safer this way than to have the tablet power three different devices at the same time. And yes, the tablet is able to charge while powering the devices so this will be good for long sessions of using this hub.

This is the perfect adapter for the MacBook
This is the perfect adapter for the MacBook, which only has one USB-C port. This is the only adapter I found for a reasonable price that allows you to charge with a USB-C connection, while also using several USB ports. A lot of the other ports I found had multiple USB-C ports (plus lots of other things I never use). This is the perfect balance.

Returning this
Will be returning this item. It seems to intermittently work and sometimes gives off a very high pitch sound. Also the USB connections do not seat fully. Feels cheap.
