it can not completely smooth men’ dress shirts, and you might need to steam shirts to be completely wrinkle free. It does really impressive work on suits, coats and sweaters though.

Can you place shoes in the cabinet? Or leather?

Absolutely. Practically anything can go in there. I recently put in a stuffed animal for refresh.
