I like the option to reverse the rotation. It is better for my husband because it is a little wide for my neck. It's still good though. I am happy to have it after playing tennis, volleyball, and Pickleball. All sports that use my shoulders.

I love this thing. I use it a lot. I mean, like a lot. Everyday for at least an hour. I’ve had several, as the switch fails after awhile.

All the other similar massagers were too weak, since I prefer more pressure to massage my muscles but this one was able to handle the task!

First order, zipper opened up with no way to close again. Returned, shipped a new product. Within 4 weeks, zipper broke and opened up again with no way to close or repair.I truly wished it would last as the massage is great. Very disappointed. Past the return window with Amazon. Will not purchase again and I cannot recommend.

This is my 2nd massager and was defiantly and upgrade over my old one. Has different speeds, 2 different directions the massagers move, and heats up! It showed up quickly! I would recommend

My hubby loves this, he has shoulder & neck pain often... This checked all the boxes for him. The handles give him so much control. A+

I have bought 5 of these from August 2022 to April 2023. First for myself and then as gifts. The last one was more light weight, flimsy, had a car adapter and just didn’t massage as well. I bought it as a gift and didn’t have time to replace it. I hope they like it, but I am disappointed that the quality is not what I expected. This was a shoddy product in comparison to previous version. Not planning to reorder.

Funciona perfecto. El material se siente de buena calidad. Me encanta que tenga tres niveles para el masaje. Además es muy versatil ya que puedes usarlo en cuello y espalda.
