Low mark for gaming
This chair has been ideal for me since I am in front of the computer a great deal of time. It is relaxing since it will recline, swivel, and just about anything else you do with it. I may be unfair with the low marks for gaming. But since I do not play games I thought it best to honest. Gamers may have different demands for a chair like this. It is a very high quality chair indeed. I do use the lumbar support.

Great chair
Good chair only complaints are the wheels, does not glide nice at all, and the the flares at the edges of the seat, bought this because I'm a big guy and I needed the support it's great in that aspect knowing the chair isn't going to break but sitting in it for hours hurt my inner legs

Beware of tiny seat
The seat is not flat and meant to hug you, however if you are larger it makes the seat too small. Arm rests can rotate but not lock it place making the rotation pointless. Not worth the money.

Made for a big person with narrow hips
The descriptions measured the seat as 22inches and didn't bother to tell how much the sides of the seat were just as narrow and solid metal almost straight upright. Causing bruises in my hips.

Broke after a year
This chair is indeed comfortable, and working from home made it relatively easy to pull 8 to 10hr days without much complaint.However, from the day I got it, I noticed that the backing was tilted slightly to the right against the seat cusion. After about 6 months, it was a more prominent issue as the chair started leaning in that direction as well. A little over a year and the back gave out entirely and will no longer remain in an upright position.Was good while it lasted, but other chairs may prove to have greater longevity.

Not comfortable 😕
I got this chair for work because I figure if someone can sit and game in it for hours I could work for 10 hours in it. However, this chair is not comfortable. It does have good support for the back but, that is about it. My cheap chair before was a lot better.

Cool chair but not good for bigger people
The sides make it uncomfortable for bigger people. Not really a fan overall, shouldn't advertise as big and tall when it barely fits a straight size average height person
