Q: Give me a break...some people only know inches. Yet you put package size in inches. What are the pump's dimensions in inches?

Also for future reference, you can find mm to inches, or meters to feet, or kilograms to pounds, or any of a thousand other conversions by googling "mm to inches" (or whatever conversion you want) and you will instantly find a calculator where you can just type in whatever amount you want and have it converted. Oh, the miracles of modern technology!

Q: Will this work for a 25ft deep well?

Maybe... Mine is mounted with adapter fittings on a 2inch npt 32 foot deep sand point well. The static water level in the well is 20 feet down from the pump. I always have to prime the pump, (pour in a half quart of warm water and pump the handle) untill that water is almost all lost and do it all again, before I actually get well water. If I stop pumping for more than a minute or so I'll start to lose prime(get some air back in the top of the pipe as the water slowly drops back into the well) There is a chance I have a leaky connection somewhere but it seams like this is fairly normal for my depth.

Q: are repair parts available in the US?

We couldn’t get it to work. I ordered an extra one for parts.

Q: My well is 70 ft deep... can this pump move water up that high effectively?

This pump is only rated to lift 20 +/- feet vertically . That would be the depth of the water from the pump. Is the "70 foot " the depth of the well or is that the depth of the water from where the pump will be located?
