Not sure of the warranty but any issue is addressed with their customer service department. There is a QR code on the back of the manual to scan.

One of my springs broke, where can I find replacement accessories?

my grandson and niece 4ys and 3 yrs used and abused it for 2 hrs. now it wont make left turns but still runs. i looked up utube for spareparts and homemade fixes. cause it cost too much to fix at the rc toy repair shop. hopefully this will answer your question.
