Love this stuff!
Yes its true the taste isn't the "best" but that's something you have to expect with something like this. Eveyone expects all of their supplements to taste like rainbow sherbert and vanilla lattes, those supps are probably loaded with artificial things to give you that taste, so this is the real deal.Outside of taste: i sleep like a baby when I take this, part the peppermint, part probably a little bit of a placebo affect but thats 100% fine with me. Plus it's a nice little wind down from the rest of the day. I wake up refreshed and have started being able to jump out of bed at my first alarm happily since i've been taking this. Highly recommend (...as long as you can tolerate not being too picky about flavor..)

smells like wet dog food to be exact lol
Tried it for the first time yesterday. Awful smell, smells like wet dog food to be exact lol. But the taste isn't bad at all. My friend who is vegan said to try the vegan version next time, so I think I will go with that next time. Overall though, haven't noticed anything yet, but have only tried it once, so we will see after I work out today. I do really like their Super Greens supplement too, I noticed a change right away and felt more awake and replenished.

Great taste, aids in recovery
First, this nighttime tea is delicious. I look forward to having a cup before bed. It seems to calm me down and gets my recovery going so I can get back in the gym and lift heavy. Love this stuff.

Really Chalky
This drink is really chalky and does not taste that great. It does not dissolve well in water and most of it sinks to the bottom

Paleo Vegan Tea?! Yes Please!
This tea is amazing! Amino acids help your body with the recovery process while zinc and magnesium help improve the quality of your sleep! This tea doesn’t make you sleepy or drowsy, just helps you optimize the sleep that you do get per night- Genius! I’ve been having a cup every night and I can honestly say that it helps me relax and hey any of the other added benefits are a bonus!

For me this tea tastes like a herbal mint tea with a light Chai spice
I've been drinking this before bed for the last 3 nights and it really has improved my sleep. I typically wake up a few times during the night and toss and turn, but for the last few days that I've used this "tea" I haven't woken up (or at least I don't remember waking up).Opening the bag for the first time I got a huge wiff of mint. There's a very subtle Chai scent as well. Personally I didn't smell or taste the vanilla flavour at all. For me this tea tastes like a herbal mint tea with a light Chai spice. It's sweet so you don't need to add anything to the powder besides water.I make a cup of it and drink it an hour before bed while I'm doing other things. It's tasty and I usually drink tea before bed anyways so it fits into my routine. I make mine using the 12 ounces of boiling water. The powder mixes well, however some granules sink to the bottom if you don't stir your drink after letting it cool.Like it says in the product description it DOES NOT make you drowsy or sleepy, it just helps you get better sleep.Overall it has made my sleep better since I started to drink it. I love not waking up in the middle of the night for no reason!

Recovery drink for active people...
This tea-like drink is meant to put the amino acids back into one's body which help with one's recovery after a day of sporting activities. It's also suppose to improve one's quality of sleep with nutrients like zinc and magnesium added to the mixture. I tried some last night and it's a pleasant drink which tastes mostly like peppermint with hints of vanilla and chai. One simply heats up 10-12 ounces of water and adds a scoop of the mix with the measuring device that is included. It's a good, tasty alternative to caffeine drinks if one wants to have something to drink in the evening. It says this is to be taken before going to bed, but consuming this much water before bed kept me up most of the night. I would actually recommend using half this amount before bed, which I've tried, though I still did not notice any sleep benefits over not drinking anything at all. I do like the fact that this is vegan, and if one wants this could easily be added to a smoothie. All in all I like the taste, and enjoy the product as an alternative to other teas, but I question whether or not the product provides enough benefits to justify the cost. This package is 5oz(143 grams), which is a little more than half a cup for about $33. I noticed also that this product leaves a hard clear textured residue in a glass which my dishwasher was unable to remove so I had to soak the glass in water and then rub an abrasive pad against the surface in order to remove the film. I would recommend rinsing and cleaning the glass immediately after use so as to prevent this hard residue from forming since it isn't particularly easy to remove once it has dried.

Tastes good but provided to noticable benifits for us
Because one person’s physiology can differ widely from another my wife and I have both been using this tea for the last two weeks so that we might have a slightly broader usage base to review this product. What I can say is that neither of us has noticed any improvement nor can we say that we’ve experienced any real benefit. The tea does have a minty flavour/scent which is nice and if I noticed any benefit it would be that my sinuses may be less stuffed up. I say may be because if there indeed is an effect it has been very subtle. The flavour is nice enough, nothing objectionable or off putting. It looks like warm watered down milk which is not a bad thing, I’m just mentioning what it looks like. It does make a nice tasting beverage. From a contents perspective I like that everything is organic, for you vegans it will also fit into your diet, and that Stevia is used to sweeten rather than cane sugar which has carbs. The suggested ratio for mixing seems off, it suggests one scoop in 10-12 ounces of water. Now considering this is suggested as a beverage to be consumed prior to bed time that’s a fair bit of water to be throwing into the digestive system. This is the reason my wife started objecting to it use, for her the TBS (tiny bladder syndrome) kicks in and she ends up having to get up in the middle of the night. After about a week she changed to halving the suggested mix ratio.Other reviewers have mentioned that the pea protein drops to the bottom of the cup, I don’t have an issue with this, simply stir the tea. In a smoothie the protein is held in suspension because of the other contents so it’s no surprise that here it would separate. For healing, there really isn’t enough of any one thing in the mix which will do much to aid healing if this is all you take. It might provide some additional elements and act as an adjunct but on its own, there’s not much your body can do with the amount taken. Given that this is not a cheap product I personally have a hard time reconciling the cost vs. benefits ratio especially after sensing no real effects after two weeks. This is what my wife and I have experienced and I fully expect that others could and would have a different experience. It’s hard to nail down whether a product like this has real benefits with such a limited base of participants so I can only provide limited feedback. I am still giving this 3 1/2 stars, one half because I do sense that there is some minor relief from stuffy sinuses which I experience and three because we experienced nothing negative while using it.Based on the above I would have a hard time recommending and then justifying it to someone else.
