Classicism at Home: Architecture of Alireza Sagharchi: Stanhope Gate

Very disappointed in "Classicism at Home"
Mr. Sagharchi is a very talented architect and caters to wealthy clients with unlimited budgets -- which is why I purchased the book -- to view this portfolio of projects. I'm disappointed in the quality of the book and many of the photos. First, the book is heavy and thick with quality paper -- and that's not a complaint. However, the hard cover is too thin for the weight of the book plus the spine feels like it's going to come loose when you read the book. For an $85 book, I find that unacceptable. There's page after page of photos with no text or description of the photo, which is very unusual for high-end design books. There are no floor plans for any of the projects. Also, in several instances the text leaves a lot to be desired. One of the estates had been a B&B. After reading the text several times, I'm still clueless as to if the estate is now used as a resort or a private estate. I would definitely have returned this book but didn't want to deal with the mailing process during this pandemic.
