2022 ICD-10-CM Expert for Physicians with Guidelines (Spiral)

My order came perfectly fine. However, this book shreds a lot and I’m not sure why but every time I’m done studying I have to clean my desk off.

I an educator and I use this book to teach my students, during class it was discovered that one of my students were missing pages from their book. The pages range from 398 to 423. This is extremely disappointing because I can't return the book because of the Amazon's return policy, This book has about 1500 pages, and I can't expect for my students to get through this entire book before finding a mistake that was made through the manufacturer. I called OPTUM 360 and it was nothing that they can do since I purchased the book through Amazon.

The book arrived on time and wrapped in plastic to help protect from damages. But as I am using the book for my class, I have noticed that some of the pages are upside down. What is that about?

It is missing pages 206-255 and I had already marked in the book so I couldn't send it back.

I Bought this book brand new it was in the packaging for a class I was in. I got to chapter 20 where it talks about external causes. I realized that I don't have page 399-422. I will never be buying a book on amazon again.

Unbelievable !!!!! Pages from 206 to 255 are missing. This is only what I noticed so far. Not sure if there are more missing pages.

Received a damaged book. Planning to return.
