TYR Pink Long Hair Silicone Cap

If you have tried the Speedo - Long hair bathing cap (https://www.amazon.com/Speedo-Silicone-Long-Hair-White/dp/B000F6FP90/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1525638669&sr=8-2&keywords=speedo+long+hair+silicone+swim+cap+white) and it didn't work, then give this a try. Works beautifully with long hair, still seems like there is a bit more room to stretch and stays on my head without sliding up. Great cap!

I’ve been a swimmer since high school and this is my favorite cap EVER!!! The smooth silicon material feels great putting on and taking off. It is designed for long/thick hair, which I have both. My hair reaches the middle of my back and it’s thick and curly. The swim cap does not keep my hair dry but what cap does?? If you’re new to swimming - swim caps don’t keep hair dry, they keep hair managed and out of the way so you can swim with ease. I recommend making sure you take care of your cap. Rinse it out after being in chlorine. You can use a little baby powder to keep it dry in between uses.I swim regularly and I teach swim lessons to tiny humans - I love this cap so much I recommend to all my students as well! Thanks TYR!

My kid has very thick curly hair and her caps kept breaking or slipping off during practice. This works well with long hair or short hair even though it’s geared towards long. She just has so much hair we needed better than the normal caps.

I have mid-back length hair and the cap didn’t fully cover my ears so water would seep in. It wasn’t a big issue but I’m disappointed that the cap has already broken after fewer than 10 wears. It’s a pretty thick rubber and quite comfortable so I was hopeful.

Update! The cap lasted about 9 months after buying it so I consider that good with my constant use, tugging on it , etc. It did finally rip and was no longer usable. but I still consider it a good cap for the price. updated 5/4/2019. This seems a good quality ao far but only wore once. It fit well with my bun I wear on head. There is an area for longer hair more in the ponytail area that would hold longer hair but even with my bun on top I didn't feel it slipping off so that is good. I hope it won't tear if I take care of it. I will update my review after wearing it for a few weeks.

I've been swimming religiously for about 2 years now, both open water & lap pool. this is my first long hair cap & i plan to only buy this cap from now on. I have thick, long hair to the top of my butt, and so i have to braid my pony tail into a bun to get it all to fit. I have expirimented with regular silicone and latex caps from speedo, sporti, and TYR, but they always slide up my forehead after about 400m which is super annoying. I just swam 1200m straight before popping up to see how my cap was doing. Didn't budge at all. My swim in the atlantic (2-3 ft surf) had the same outcome. even though its about 5$ more than other caps, i think it’s worth it

This is the best swim cap I’ve ever had! Not only does it hold in my long hair, it also keeps it fairly dry! Can’t believe it! This stays on firmly but not too tight. 4K + yards and no slippage plus the hair isn’t soaking wet! WIN!

Been buying endless supposedly large swim hats for long hair for years...but then this! Got recommended by a lady in a friend's triathlon club. Never heard of them. But never going back. I have a large head and lots of hair. That extension to the shape on the back is genius. Covers my hair and head comfortably. Total convert.

Muy buena estética y funcionabilidad, tengo el cabello muy largo y grueso por eso escogí este diseño, cabe perfectamente todo mi cabello y no se me ha salido en la alberca (practico natación), el color rosa de la marca se ve muy bien.

de un excelente tamaño, la regale a una persona con cabeza grande que tiene problema para encontrar gorras grandes y esta le quedo excelente , sin molestia.
