Will this kill coccidia and mold?

While I am not a bio-chemist or disease infection specialist, I can tell you that mold and some of it's sister forms are in the bacteria family, this products claims to kill 99.9% of bacteria. Coccidia is a parasite and I do not read where this product will kill parasites.

Is it safe on leather sofas?

Yes it is safe on sofas and leather. I have a leather set and bed frames with leather. When I spray, I allow for the spray to stay there for 2 - 3 mins. Then, I proceed to wipe with a clean cloth, just so there are not any spots. Hope this helps.
