This product greatly relieved pain and stiffness in both my knees. I have stage 4 osteoarthritis and have tried so many supplements and rubs. This tops them all. I noticed a difference within 3 days of applying this product 3 times a day. It puts my pain level in the tolerable range, which is very acceptable for me. I just ordered my second tube.
