Some reviews are more helpful than others. If you have ever had an excruciating hamstring or inner thigh cramp you'll appreciate this post. I used to drink salt water and stretch, but sometimes stretching is near impossible as any movement causes more pain. That's why I keep 2 bottles of this around. One in the bedroom and one in my dialysis bag. Two of these pills usually does the job. Quick and easy. Pop them in your mouth and they dissolve in seconds. Legs feel better almost immediately! Very effective for leg cramping . Sometimes relief is short lived. Needing a followup dose. But doesn't appear to be habit forming. Wish it came in larger quantities.
