I take two caps a day and so far I feel great!! Seems like this primavie shilajit is the same quality as other major brands. Mike and cyrus maku also agree with this statement!!! Bulk supplement is also a good brand!!!

Not a bad product but I was spoiled by Nootropic Depot. Their capsules are higher concentration and smaller. Seems like more filler in the MST. Still I did notice when I forgot to take it with my CoQ10. If ND is out, it's a worthy substitute.

Could be doing something good for me! , after one bottle , I did not notice any difference in my workout or improvement in well being maybe need to taken longer ?
