This heating pad is amazing, it heats up well and keeps you warm, comfortable and pain free during your period, although if you exercise the adhesive gets not sticky and starts to fall off, then you will have to replace it, but overall I love this product. I wish it was a little more affordable though.

The teens love this heating patch. They can wear it while at school and it helps with cramps!

It is advertised for period pain, but it’s also great on many other aches. Like when you need to be on the go and your neck is achy or your lower We have used it for those areas and the heat is so nice.

They last for so long and get pretty warm which is great! I love wearing them at work when my cramps get really bad. I’ve even fallen asleep wearing one (which they don’t recommend) and it’s still been warm when I wake up in the morning.

I've tried these and the version by Cora. Short version: they work and do their job but I preferred Cora's. Rael's version are slightly cheaper but significantly smaller. They stay warm for at least 6 hours but maybe a bit longer if you are lucky. However because they're so small it might be hard to tell that they're warm. They do their job though and for sure helped my cramps. They also do not stick very well. They fell off a lot, never had this problem with Cora's heat relief. Either one is good! These are definitely the greatest discovery and invention for period relief that I wish I had for all my life lol
