Didn’t fit as fitted as I believed it should have and did not hold its shape long at all after a couple of washes.

I recommend this shirt when you’re want to see the muscle contract as you ‘re pulling or pushing the load. The shirt allows you to see if you’re getting chiseled / cut and helps boost confidence. Back exercises are the best with that shirt as your lat are revealed well enough to see their level of activation. Very lightweight and will not accumulate sweat to be heavy if you’re doing a cardio session. If you’re a Bodybuilder you can even work on your pose while you’re holding an isometric contraction.
