I have bought alot of bee pollen but this is superior to all the others. The taste is mild and fresh, slightly sweet. Just as you would imagine bee pollen should taste. Normally I would just swallow bee pollen with water but this brand I like to let dissolve in my mouth. Highly recommend

If you’re anything like me (a young woman with small boobies and low energy), this bee pollen will be good for you. Like many products, I originally heard of bee supplements on TikTok for the small titty gang to grow breasts naturally. This doesn’t do that. HOWEVER, I’m soooo glad I gave this a shot. I’m the vampire who’s up all night and sleeps when the sun comes up, only to wake up when the day is half over and feel like crap. Exhausted all the time and have no idea why, even if I slept for 12 hours. I’ve been taking this for almost a month now; only a serving size (1tsp a day in the mornings, but I’ll take another at night when I drink), and I noticed almost an instant change in my energy level. I would wake up feeling SO much better without needing daily caffeine. This makes my days easier. I’m seeing a significant difference where I genuinely can have the energy to be out and about all day and not feel dead. I still choose to sleep a ton most days, BUT I don’t feel the NEED to anymore. It’s habit at this point to sleep so much, and I’m trying really hard to change that. Maybe it’s in my head, maybe not, but I truly believe this pollen changed my life and gave me the little kick I needed to get my life back together from a low point. Simple errands like grabbing groceries used to be incredibly difficult for me as they felt like such an inconvenience, but the feel to not need so much sleep allowed me to live my life (somewhat) normally again. I’ve never tried any other pollens before, but I read dozens of reviews on many and heard they don’t taste well. I don’t like the taste of honey, and I do think this pollen has a similar taste to that. Since I don’t love it, I take a quick scoop and down it with water. My roommates though, love it and will chew threw it like a snack. This pollen is super easy to take. TLDR: Great quality for value and highly recommend for peeps who are low energy like me.

I have been struggling with rhinitis for my entire life and my parents recommended me bee pollen to relieve the stress! I have been eating this product for a little less than two months and can confidently say that my symptoms have relieved. I still struggle a little with the stuffy nose but this product helped me relieve the symptoms! It may smell a little funky the first time, but does not taste bad at all once you start eating them! I eat them alone but I'm sure it'll be fine mixing them with cereal or yogurt. Recommend them!

I would not survive living in GA without this! It has helped my allergies tremendously! I didn’t believe it at first when I was told to try taking 1-2 tsp a day for my allergies, but once I did, I noticed a difference within a week. I wasn’t being woken up in the middle of the night wanting to scratch my eyes and ears and nose off. I put 1-2 tsp in my coffee every morning and it has become my number one most repurchased product.
