First time I attempted to use this unit to grill drumsticks (yesterday) the rack cracked near the middle joint on one end when I was locking the legs in place. Would return, but I've already recycled the box. Will see if I can repair it myself. Update: The seller contacted me and shipped me a new unit immediately. Excellent customer service and I changed from 2 stars to 4 based on this over the top response. Thanks guys!
