Good product. Value for money
Good quality. I am using almost all hooks and the product does not sag or bend. Size is adequate for teacups. Looks good and product is quite sturdy. Value for money.

Strong but needs improvement
The cup holder is very strong and holds up the weight of the mugs but the distance between the hooks are not good so it is a tight squeeze for small mugs and have to skip a hook for larger coffee mugs.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this mainly because it looked like a good space-saving option.The product looks nice, but it's not as sturdy as it appears in the pictures — which can be a bit misleading.If you hang too many cups on the hooks, it starts to bend, and there's a risk that the cups might fall and break.It's better suited for lightweight items like whisks, serving spoons, or very light cups.
