Don't go into the kitchen without it. This product simplifies so many aspects of cooking and baking. No more scouring cookie sheets, roll out dough without a mess, make delicious pouches of fish and veggies "en papillote" easily. With a 300 sheets at your fingertips, this is a great buy and a great product. I really don't know what I did before I discovered parchment paper--I think I use it everyday! Btw, I have tried several incarnations of the silicon impregnated pan liners--parchment paper is way more practical. The pan liners are a nightmare to clean (they become terribly greasy) and they are hard to store.

Love to have this in bulk. The local supermarket carries these in roles, these come shipped flat. I use these for both home and bakery. Home use these are perfect for lining as I bake roasted veggies, catching grease from bacon, cookies, and pita chips. For Bakery use, these line my display trays for my donuts to help keep them from weeping. A++ rating

So much better than buying a roll and trying to rip a piece off. They fit perfect on a cookie sheet, and in a 10 x 14 pan, just enough to roll up the sides to contain grease and juices. I'll never buy a roll again

High quality paper!! Every thing slides right off! Only wish is that it came packaged better so I didn't have loose papers.

They are too thin, so if what you're cooking generates some grease it'll bleed through the paper

Hate this paper, first time using it and even cooking bacon in the oven sticks to it. not sure what to do with the rest.
