The battery life was great, and I really felt like it was cleaning my skin well. However, at about the 6 month mark, it just wouldn't turn on. I have charged it to no avail. It seems like the on/off button stopped functioning. For the price, I expected at least a year's use out of it. It looks like many others have had the same issue with longevity. Of course, it works past the 30 day mark so no return or compensation.

The price is competitive and it compares favorably to nu skin lumi spa. But this product is several hundred dollars cheaper.

I like the technology of the lumispa, but for $300, I want to be sure I like it. So I opted for a "knock off" and after researching several on Amazon, settled on this one that has pretty much identical features.Lumispa suggests you only use their $50 cleanser as it is "designed" to work with the device. I used my normal cleanser first and it worked ok, add water as you go. I ultimately bought an oil cleanser and that is the ticket, the "slip" is just right and there are so many benefits of oil cleansers for all skin types. I got the Byoma Milky Oil Cleanser.I would suggest watching the youtube video on how to use the lumispa, there are some good tips there. Not a fan of MLM's, and not at all a fan of many of the sketchy ingredients in their products, plus a "rep" continually checking in to see if I need more of anything.I have been using this in the evening for a bit over a week and I do see a difference in my skin, it looks "happier", rosier, and smoother. And it's quite relaxing. Get yourself this cleansing tool, you will NOT regret it and you will have lots of $ leftover for other things.EDIT: After two weeks of using, I still love it, but I noticed the tip on the eye piece falls out. It pops back in easily, HOWEVER, it does not stay put, you have to be careful. It is quite small and could easily be lost. I contact the seller and asked if there was a fix, or if I could purchase an extra tip. The answer was they are not selling extras. No suggestion to fix. So, use care with the eye tip. If you travel with it, I would place it in a small ziploc bag or it may end up missing and be useless.

Only lasted about a month. Seems to be “charging” when on base but no longer powers on.

Battery lasts weeks & it is the exact same as the $200 lumi spa

This facial cleanser was delivered on 12-24. I really liked it while it lasted. I sat it on the charger last week (today is 3-26) and it looked like it was charging, but now it won't turn back on. I am out of the return window and frustrated!
