Fit snugly on my head and was lots of fun!!!
We had a community Cinco de Mayo/Kentucky Derby party and I bought this hat for my costume. I was a little worried whether or not it would fit my large head after reading some of the reviews but it was PERFECT. Fit snugly on my head and wasn't too tight. See photo. I got plenty of laughs and came in 2nd in the hat contest.
