Used for sealing round a bathroom, does the job well when used with a suitable tanking compound.👍

Sticky and waterproof...that's the important bits, so yes it's both of those and it works. The only drawback I found was that it's so sticky that it's actually tricky getting it into the corner without getting stuck on the way. But, if anything, better to be over-sticky than not enough. Just as an aside, had one corner piece left over (ordered one too many just to be on the safe side in case it went wrong!) and was able to cut it up and use it to repair hosepipes in the garden which had developed leaks. Pleased with it as we now have a leak-free shower cubicle.
