Can you use on totally dry hair (blow dried) before a flat iron?

You can use on dry hair. But I find better effect when damp or wet. But either way it's a great product and smells great too.

Why doesn't it say on the ingredients label that it has Argon Oil like it claims?

Because it's listed as Argania Spinosa Extract.
