If you buy by weight indication it may be way too small. Although I have requested return it has still not been picked up by Amazon!Returned and over a month later the refund is still not issued!

الدعامة ممتازة للي يعانون من الدسك الخفيف او الي يعانون من آلام اسفل الضهر. ملاحظة ، يفضل لبس تشيرت خفيف ثم لبس الدعامة فوقها لمنع تهيج الجلد لا يفضل انك تلبسها اكثر من 3 ساعات متواصلة استخدمها اثناء المشي ، او اي نشاط بدني يزيد الألم . انا كنت اعاني من أداء العمرة ، ولما استخدمته في العمرة الأخيرة فرق معي كثير بصراحة

Very pleased with this purchase. It gives that added support when ever I’m not having the best days with my back . I tend to experience occasional and severe back pain that comes without warning, having this had been a huge help. It is quite sturdy and easily adjustable for support.

It works and is comfortable. The issue is size. I fall right between medium and large at 44 inches After trying both medium and large I went with medium. it works. It supports and relieves pain. I am amending my review to 5 stars.

Excellent and as advertised. Well made. the person I bought it for wasn't using it, but it wasn't because it wasn't fantastic.
